Providing a H.O.M.E. and Hope for the Future – Stories of CCSD

Brandon Hampton, a recent high school grad at R.B. Stall High School, describes the struggles he faced as a senior and the support network (via Mickey’s House) that provided an opportunity to help him graduate.

Mickey’s House is a place where Charleston County School District male students without a home can live and thrive, thanks to the local organization Project H.O.M.E. (Helping Others Mirror Excellence).

This video was produced by Charleston County School District as a feature for their ‘Stories of CCSD’, and explains how this home (Mickey’s House) gave one scholar new family members while helping him prepare him for a successful future.
